Christmas Child 2013

CHRISTMAS CHILD BLOG
There's so many needs in this world. Wouldn't it be nice if we were able to meet every one of those needs? By ourselves we cannot, but every one of us can in one way or another be a part of that. So many in the body of Christ are sitting on their gifts and their ability to give. God's Kingdom Economy is the opposite of the kingdoms of this world's economy. God's economy is to pour out so we can pour more. When we give to bless, He will bless us to be able to give more.

This year, Dec. 20st, 2013 @ 6 PM, we are having a the Christmas Child party at Word-A-Live! Church(1 thru 18) for underprivileged children’  those who wouldn't have a Christmas, otherwise. We are looking for children who won't have a Christmas gift or celebration this year; unless someone(s) is willing to give.

I am asking for:
Donors. Those who are willing to give a gift ($10 and more), marked gender and age or a money donation for the party or gifts.
Helpers to help organize this and those who will come to  serve and help.

We will be having goodies in our Kidz Room for children & families, and Christmas Carole's in the sanctuary with gifts.  I read where a gentleman who was abundantly blessed, gave 100 bikes away; and another 1,000 bikes for a  Kidz Christmas party just like the kind we are planning.  We need names of children to invite or where we can get names of those who are in need this Christmas.

Will you plant a seed into good ground? Your skills, your finances, your support, your prayers, the contacts for names?

I would like to see us be able to do more, but it's what we can do now. It's what we have in the house now. It's like the poor widow woman in the Bible, she gave what she had and God multiplied it, as long as she kept pouring. I am believing with expectancy that God will multiply our resources next year as we pour this year!

Will you be part of the miracle? Let me know what you can do.

HONOR

HONOR

WE LIVE IN A DAY WHERE HONOR IS BECOMING OBSOLETE.  OF COURSE, I AM WRITING THIS FROM SCRIPTURE AND A CHRISTIAN PERSPECTIVE.   BUT, I REMEMBER EVEN WAY BACK WHEN I WAS A KID IN SCHOOL, HONOR WAS TAUGHT.

HONOR IS A GIFT THAT WE GIVE TO OTHERS.   IT IS EVEN DIFFERENT FROM RESPECT.

SCRIPTURES SAYS WE ARE TO HONOR ONE ANOTHER, TO HONOR YOUR MOTHER AND FATHER, TO HONOR THOSE IN AUTHORITY.   YOU CAN DO A GOOD WORD STUDY ON HONOR

WHY IS HONOR LACKING?  THE WORD OF GOD TELLS US WHY:BECAUSE  OF HARD HEARTS WITH FRUITS OF UNFORGIVENESS, BITTERNESS, & SELFISHNESS.

RECENTLY I SAT AND WATCHED A GROWN WOMEN DISHONOR A YOUNG LITTLE BOY WHO HONORED HER WITH A GIFT, A BOUQUET OF FLOWERS HE PICKED FOR HER; AND THE WAY SHE RESPONDED  WAS WITH UNTHANKFULNESS AND ACTING UNINTERESTED IN THE GIFT GIVEN HER.  SHE LOOKED AT THEM AND PAST THEM ON TO SOMEONE TO PUT THEM IN A VASE OR ‘SOMETHING’.    IT BROKE HIS HEART; BUT IT BROKE MINE TOO.  KIDS LEARN FROM THE ADULTS.

HAVE YOU BEEN DISHONORED?   EVEN IN OUR COUNTRY WE DISHONOR THOSE WHO ARE IN THE ARMED FORCES AND FIGHT FOR OUR COUNTRY, THOSE WHO STAND UP FOR BIBLICAL PRINCIPALS,  AND THOSE WHO LIVE BY GOOD MORALS AND BIBLICAL STANDARDS ARE DISHONORED.  WHY?  THE WORD OF GOD SAYS, BECAUSE OF THE HARDNESS OF THEIR HEARTS.

WE ARE LIVING IN SERIOUS TIMES.   IT'S THE LAST DAYS AND IT SAYS IN GOD'S WORD THAT IS HOW PEOPLE WILL BEHAVE.   HOW WILL OUR CHILDREN LIVE IN THESE LAST DAYS?

WE MUST BE EXAMPLES IN SHOWING HONOR AND WE MUST TEACH IT IN OUR HOMES, CHURCHES, SCHOOLS, AND AMONG EACH OTHER.  THE WORD OF GOD MUST BE STRONG IN OUR HEARTS.   THE CHILDREN WILL LEARN TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER AS WE DO THAT TODAY AS THEIR PEERS.
HAVE YOU HAD A HARD HEART TOWARDS THOSE WHO HAVE
BLESSED YOU OVER THE YEARS, AND ACTUALLY GIVEN UP THEIR LIVES FOR YOU IN SOME WAY?  HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN TO BE THANKFUL AND EXPRESS IT WITH YOUR WORDS AND YOUR ACTIONS?

MAYBE YOU SAY, "BUT THEY…………….., BUT THEY WHAT? TOLD YOU THE TRUTH WHEN YOU NEEDED IT?  WOULDN'T PUT UP WITH YOUR DISRESPECT…..OR WHATEVER IT WAS TO TEACH YOU RESPECT AND HONOR?"

IT'S TIME TO GET RID OF THE HARD HEART AND BEING A VICTIM.  IT'S TIME TO HONOR THOSE WHO HAVE PAID A GREAT PRICE, MAYBE FOR YOU.

MAYBE YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN GOD AND HIS PRINCIPLES, BUT THEY ARE STILL WORKING AND STILL IN PROCESS.

THE WORD OF GOD SAYS WE ARE TO HUMBLE OURSELVES.  HUMILITY ALWAYS COMES FIRST.   THEN REPENTANCE COMES NEXT.   CAN YOU CHANGE YOUR WAYS?  YES!   HOW?   REPENT AND ASK FOR FORGIVENESS TO THOSE WHO YOU HAVE DISHONORED BY YOUR WORDS, YOUR ACTIONS AND YOUR WORKS.  THE HARDER THE HEART, THE HARDER THIS IS TO DO.
BUT GOD WILL HONOR YOU IF YOU DO THAT.

YOU MAY BE STRUGGLING WITH THAT AS YOU READ THIS. I PRAY THAT AS YOU SURRENDER THAT HARD HEART TO GOD,  ASK HIM TO HELP YOU,  REPENT AND ASK FOR FORGIVENESS, YOUR RELATIONSHIPS WILL
BE RESTORED AND THEIR WILL BE RECONCILIATION.

GOD BLESS YOU!!!

Integrity

Integrity

We are under the umbrella of Christian International, Bishop Bill Hamon's ministry.   They have taught us well in the area of the prophetic and  on integrity. (Teachings on the 10 M's is great and the Pitfalls of a Prophet).  We are blessed to be under the ministry of Christian International.

Looking over the past years, I am believing for Replevin to continue into this year and years to come, and it will be Great!

I am encouraged in the Lord.

I have been somewhat shocked at the lack of integrity amongst God's Leaders.   Pastor Tom Terry has also been a good mentor for us for the last 30 years.   His teachings on Leadership are great.  Many ministers spout off to Pastors how the sheep are not their sheep but God's sheep and basically you don't have any rights to them.  I think about the scripture that tells me that we, Pastors, are overseers and we will give an account either with joy or grief for the sheep He has given us to look after.  I believe that when an ordained minister of the Gospel spouts this kind of thing out of his or her mouth, it is coming from the heart and something is not right in their heart(s).

Over the 33 years of ministry, we have had our share of Judas' and Absaloms’, etc.    Sons and Daughters, ordained to be in our fold have left.

Ministers that show lack of integrity will get your people's emails and try to get them on board with them, and snuggle up to them.   Their main reason is "My Ministry" and many are motivated by $$$........  Those that come into the house to minister need to 'snuggle' up with the Pastors or Overseers of that house, not the sheep in that house.

A man or woman of integrity will come in and operate under the overseer of the house.  They will have good manners; will not correct the overseers of the house or sheep of that house.  If there is something that is personally bothering them, or they have a word of correction, they will take it to the overseer of the house first.  They will not gossip to the other sheep, or other Pastors and Ministers in that area about the place they are ministering.  They will not preach from their offense, hurts, and bitterness.

I remember David saying how it hurt; the very person he sat with and ate with turned on him.   How King Solomon was sorry he showed the Queen all his 'good stuff' in the house.  I think this can be a lesson.
The Word of God admonishes leaders and sheep to beware of those who will come in and cause division, steal and lie.  There are wolves, and hirelings.  Listen, there are sheep stealers out there, and the reason is - It's all about 'My Ministry and $$".  The Word of God warns us.

When we bring in ministers of the Gospel we expect integrity and good manners, and have not always had this good experience.  When we see otherwise, we have to cut ourselves from that kind of behavior and spirit.

I know there are many ministers out there who have experienced many hurts, disillusionments and disappointments.  I just want to encourage you for this New Year.  I pray for your healing from those hurts and disappointments, and for wisdom and discernment.   David was a great man of God and he experienced it and we know Jesus did too.

God is full of love, grace, and compassion, and included in that also is the discipline(s) of the Lord.   We love our children, but we often have to discipline them, train them and correct them.   It's not all love and Grace.

Honor will bring you much favor and blessings this year.  Honor those who are over you in the Lord.   Honor and respect the house God may allow you to minister in and God's Houses will be blessed.

Pastor Sandra, Word-A-Live! Church

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving

The Word of God says, "Do not be weary in well doing, because in due season you shall reap rewards,  Iffff you do not faint." (Gal 6:9 MKJV)  But we should not lose heart in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not faint.

I know this is true.   I remember that scripture when things don't seem to be going well.

I believe there is a store house of blessings being laid up for us and there are days when it is dry and days when it rains.  Don't be weary,  if you give it will come back to you.  We bless and give because it is in us to do that; because God is in us.

I have been disappointed, let down, weary and tired many times.  BUT God!!!  Do not be weary in well-doing......WOW!

Many times no one knows what you do.  They judge you wrong, or they just don't know....BUT God knows.

You may say, "I hardly ever get a thanks from my family, friends,
kids,  and etc".  But, maybe they just don't think about those things.

I was brought up to say thank you, by sending thank you notes, etc.    I was brought up to do RSV; but now a days hmm not so true.

God has blessed me with some very special friends and family,
which I so appreciate!!!    I am thankful for all my special friends and family, and you can be thankful too!!!

Ask God to send you those special people in your life, and He will - if you will be thankful.

Do not be weary in well doing for God knows,  and if we don't faint....Pay Days are Coming!!!

Send Me Lord!!

Send Me Lord!!

Who will prophesy to the dry bones?

We have a stardom mentality in American.  It's called "It's all about me!"

Who will minister and prophesy to the children?  Who will raise them up?  Who will plan, prepare, and pray for their revival, like one plans, prepares, and prays for themselves?

Who, will say "Send me Lord!"?

Who will patiently minister to the youth, without being seen?

Who is willing to be a minister of Christ to World - and yet be a servant to them all?

Who?

Talk is Cheap

Talk

Have you ever heard the expression, “Talk is Cheap”?   I don't know where that came from....but if I were to consider it from a Biblical view, I would consider, as a Christian, that my talk would have to match up with my walk.  If I say I am a Christian then is my language exemplifying my testimony?

I remember when we were little kids; we got in trouble for calling someone stupid, ugly and etc.   Our parents would even wash our mouths out with soap if we got sassy, argued back, and 'God Forbid' use a cuss word!!!  What about today? I guess a parent could be hauled in for child abuse.

Our little grandson goes to school and picks up some bad words and other things from other kids.  It all sort of spreads like yeast.   Well, he even learns some of that stuff at 'church' yep......

So, I am thinking about our culture today and our children.  They still need to know what the Bible says.   If we are Christians, we teach what God's Word says, (1Ti 1:3).  Even as I begged you to remain at Ephesus, when I was going to Macedonia, that you might charge some that they teach no other doctrine (1Ti 1:4),   nor to give heed to fables and endless genealogies (which provide doubts rather than the nurture of God in faith (1Ti 1:5);  but the end of the commandment is love out of a pure heart, and a good conscience, and faith unfeigned,(1Ti 1:6)  from which some, having swerved, have turned aside to foolish talking, (another translations says 'idle talk').    This word denotes futile, worthless, empty, meaningless babble, and idle prattle.

(Phi 1:27)  Only let your conduct be as becomes the Gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you, or else am absent, I may hear of your affairs, that you stand fast in one spirit, striving together with one mind for the faith of the gospel, Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;  (2Pe 2:7 MKJV)  And He delivered righteous Lot, oppressed with the lustful behavior of the lawless.(2Pe 2:8 MKJV)  For that righteous one living among them, in seeing and hearing, his righteous soul was tormented from day to day with their unlawful deeds.(2Pe 2:9 MKJV)  The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation, and to reserve the unjust for a day of judgment, to be punished, (2Pe 2:10 MKJV)  and especially those who walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise dominion. They are darers, self-pleasing; not trembling at glories, speaking evil.

1Pe 1:15)  But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation.

There is some 'pop cultural' slang or sayings that are not befitting to the Christian.   I won't mention them here.  But, most of us that practice the walk - know what those are.  What about this generation 'we' are raising?

I praise God for our Youth Evangelist and Youth Workers, etc.  Our kids go to Donnie Moore's Camps and Conferences. When he has them, and they come back changed.

We are responsible for this next generation now, and the one that is coming up.  I have a heart for the world, but I am especially thinking right now of our Christian teens and children and where they are in their walk and thinking.  They need mentors that will mother and father them and 'tell them the truth' AND 'show them the truth' by their walk and their manner of conversation AND their 'walking the talk’ as well as teaching them!

The teens pass notes back in forth in church and Pastors often get to read them as they clean up around the chairs etc.   Makes me think,   they say they are Christians, they say they love God, and they know the words they are using are vulgar words.  We call them 'cuss' words, and or 'inappropriate words.'

Where am I going with this?  I don't know.  I just know that our teens need an infusion, a hunger, a 'turn around' and maybe ‘brain surgery’ called for in Rom 12:1 MKJV  “I beseech you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, pleasing to God, which is your reasonable service.(Rom 12:2 MKJV)  And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, in order to prove by you what is that good and pleasing and perfect will of God.

I am checking these Christian kids out.  I read their 'My Space and Facebook' pages.  I see their 'friends'.   We have to teach them, they need to listen to the Word and walk it out.  The World say, “be friend”, and in the Word of God, God says friendship with the world is enmity with God.

My prayers are for Revival among our youth.   Where there will be a transformation; and, youth, if you have gotten this far on this blog,   Pray!!!!  "God, help me to walk the talk.  Help me to be in this world, but not of this world.  Help me to be a leader and not a follower.  Help me to speak up!  Help me to let my conversation be uplifting and glorifying to you.  Help me, when I get notes passed to me in school or church.  Help me that I won't be using the language of the world that does not represent you.   Help me to have friends and a 'my space and Facebook' that will represent and glorify you."   In case you don't know what some of those words are?  They start with:  F...; S...; B....; B...; S...; F..;

I believe it might take 'self-control’ which one of the fruits of the Spirit of God - who lives in you!

Father, I pray for Revival for our youth, and infusion of your Spirit and that it can't be taken from them.  I pray for hearts and minds to be changed.

This is about Now and Eternity.  It's about your very soul!!!

It's Time!

It's Time!

Did you ever think where you will be in Eternity?  We prepare for tests,  marriage, children, family (well some people do), retirement; but what about Eternity?  Do you ever think about that?

Did you once walk with the Lord?  Do you know the Lord? If Eternity is forever, and say, your blessed to live here for another year or 2 or 40 or whatever?  When you leave here where will you spend Eternity?

According to the Word of God there's two places to go to, and two kinds of people going to one or the other.  There is Heaven and there is Hell.   There is  the believer and the unbeliever.  Now you may even say, "well I received Jesus as my Savior", and you may be living like hell, or for the devil..... hmm.   What do you think will be your fate on your Judgment Day? To be with the Lord forever (Eternity) or in outer darkness where there is screaming and mashing of teeth?"  The Word of God says that the Word will judge you on that day.

This blog really isn't so much for the unbeliever as it is for the "believer" who walks in deception and darkness.  It's not too late to get right with God.  In fact, It Is time to get right with God.   Today is the day!"

I recommend you get hooked up with some 'on fire believers' who can help you get back to God.   Don't need some dead church with dead believers....just doing some motions.

But, it is not too late, right now, to get before the Lord, and repent, and make a brand-new commitment.  Ask Him to help you overcome!!!

Hey this is about Eternity.  What are you prepared for today???

Fairies and Angels

Fairies or Angels?  The Real Deal…

Did you know fairies are not real?   They are a tale!  But the good news is that Angels are real and they are on assignment and can be activated on your behalf.  There's God's angels and the Devil's angel.  That's the real thing!!!

Duh!

Duh!
We are living in the last days.  There is a Duh! there.  All backsliders and pretenders - Wake up!  You can 'be me' for just so long.   Right here and now is the time to make changes.  It is  too late when 'you are in your last days!’

There is a wake-up call for all those that are lukewarm, cussing out their Father in Heaven (blaming Him for all their tragedies in life, etc.), doing their own thing, being "It's just me,  this is the way I am, like it or not."

His arms are wide open, and He is saying, "Come to me, and I will give you rest."   He saves you and doesn't destroy you!  He has given every one of us the opportunity for "The Good Life."  Step out of the world's kingdom into His Kingdom!  A whole new way of 'the way things work.'

Get into a Spirit-Filled Church. Turn to God!!!  The reason I say this is because you can go to church every week and not be saved or changed.  Your life will be changed in His Presence.  You can have religion and no conviction or change.

If you have never been in a church that is full of His Presence and His Spirit, you won't know, at first, how to worship God and  lift your hands to praise Him, but you need to stay and get changed and transformed from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of Light.  You need to be in a place where truth is spoken and not get offended by the truth. That will change you!!!

Listen, attending church is not going to save you!  The truth will!

About the Author

Pastor Sandra Chipchase pioneered Word-A-Live Church in Penn Valley, California, in 1993. Presently, she continues to Pastor. Her husband, Pastor Mike Chipchase ministers alongside her. She has the Apostolic anointing and operates strongly in the Prophetic and in all the gifts of the Spirit when needed. Their Word-A-Live Church services can be see weekly on local NCTV television and Ustream. She travels on Mission Trips to Guatemala, New York, and Mexico. MY AUTOBIOGRAPHY I was born in Mankato, Minnesota & raised in California in a non-practicing Christian home. I had one sibling, a brother. Every Sunday I attended a small community church from ages of 8-13. When our family moved to another area, that was the end of church, but at that young age, there were seeds planted in me. I always had a hunger & thirst for God. I would listen to a special program every night at 7 pm when going to bed. I would come home from church & sing the psalms in opera. The consciousness of Jesus never left me. When I was 10 years old, during a study in my children’s class at church, I remembered the teaching about lying & that it was a sin. I had lied several times that week. I thought it was over for me! That discouraged me somewhat. When I was 36 years old, I was drawn to a small church in our community. I just loved the way God will draw someone into a church & they get saved! The visit to this church was quite a shock to me & my family. It was a Full Gospel Church that spoke in tongues, hugged each other, & prayed out loud with dynamic teaching! One day during a sermon, the minister was speaking of Jesus. That day I renewed my life to Jesus. My life has never been the same! It’s amazing when I look at the footsteps He walked me through. In the first year I discovered I had cancer, but I felt a blanket of comfort, joy, & faith on me! I had the joy of the Lord, which carried me through. I praise God I am still alive to share the Word, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, & fulfill my destiny. God took me through a walk of hope. I think about all the phases of life that I have walked through. I am so thankful for my salvation & I am thankful for my wonderful husband, Mike, who blossomed later on. I have had many good mentors in my life. I never met personally some of these ministers & some of these mentors know me personally. Their writings & teachings taught me & brought me to levels of maturity & faith. I am grateful to have had so many Godly men & women impart into my life.
